Enquiries and engagements

Browsing this website, preparing an enquiry or sending an email does not authorize testing or start an audit. The assets, permissions, rates and other engagement terms need to be agreed separately before work begins.

Pricing information

The service is offered on a pay-per-confirmed-vulnerability basis at the prices published on the Pricing page. Acceptance criteria and the price cap for your scope belong in the written engagement. No findings means no audit fee. Your agreed cap is the maximum audit fee before applicable taxes. If the findings add up to more, every additional confirmed vulnerability is still included in your report at no extra charge.

All amounts are in US dollars (USD). Prices and audit fee caps exclude applicable taxes. Any tax due will be shown separately on your invoice.

Examples and limitations

This is a real, anonymized client assessment. Client identifiers and sensitive evidence are redacted, and some findings have been removed to protect confidentiality. A security audit assesses an agreed scope during a defined period and cannot guarantee the absence of vulnerabilities.

Third-party services

Email and telephone links open services on your device. Their operation depends on your applications and service providers. An email draft must be sent through your email application to reach Synt World.

Separate service agreement

Contractual matters such as confidentiality, liability, taxes, payment deadlines, termination, governing law and dispute resolution will be defined in a separate audit agreement.
